After over seven years in the fast-paced world of VFX production, digital media, and graphic design, she decided to slow things down and reconnect with a more personal approach to art. These days, she sticks to traditional tools on paper—ink, pencil, crayons, and gouache—enjoying the process of working by hand and its simpilicity.
Her style draws inspiration from her Filipino heritage, using vibrant colors and and mystic elements found in the folklore and children’s books she grew up reading. Now, she’s focused on bringing that sense of wonder to life as she works toward illustrating for children’s literature.
